"Letters to the Saints" Subscription

When will I be billed, and when will my first letter ship?

You are billed at sign-up, and then on the same day each month. Orders placed during any calendar month are shipped the first week of the following month.

Example: Any order placed August 1–31 ships the first week of September.

Do I need to pay for shipping?

Shipping within the U.S. is included.

Can I prepay for several months?

This is a month-to-month subscription billed each month. We do not offer prepaid multi-month plans.

What exactly is inside each envelope?

Every month you receive a 5x7 art print by Danielle, a printed letter in Danielle’s handwriting, a classic hymn sheet, and a bookmark. Occasionally we include a small extra, but extras are not guaranteed.

Is each art print an original piece or a reproduction?

Each print features Danielle’s original artwork, professionally reproduced at 5x7 so every subscriber can enjoy the same design.

Will I receive the same content twice, or is it all new each month?

Danielle will create a new painting each month- ensuring subscribers never get the same art twice.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

We currently ship only within the United States.

What if my envelope is lost, damaged, or missing items?

Email support@daniellewestphal.com within 14 days of the shipment date with your order number and a photo of the damaged goods. We will review your circumstance and provide an appropriate solution. In most cases, we can mail a replacement letter at no charge.

How are the items packaged and protected?

Everything is stacked and wrapped inside the letter so it reads like personal mail. Because it ships in a standard envelope, items are not heavily protected. If you want extra protection for the print, consider framing or placing it in a sleeve upon receipt.

How do I pause, skip, or cancel my subscription?

You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime by accessing your customer account: My Account

Once you log into your account, click "Manage Subscriptions" in the top navigation bar.

If you have trouble accessing your account, or need help managing your subscription, you can email us at support@daniellewestphal.com. Please include your order number in your request to ensure quick resolution.

How do I update my shipping address or payment method?

You can update your shipping address or payment method anytime by accessing your customer account: My Account

Once you log into your account, click "Manage Subscriptions" in the top navigation bar.

For changes after the monthly fulfillment run begins, contact support (support@daniellewestphal.com) and we will advise whether the change can be applied to that shipment.

Are prints signed, numbered, or limited editions?

Prints are reproductions of Danielle’s original art. We do not currently run numbered limited editions, though special releases or signed pieces may appear occasionally.

Can I display or sell the prints I receive?

Prints are for personal, noncommercial enjoyment. They may be displayed in your home and shared with family. For permission to reproduce or sell Danielle’s artwork, please contact us.
